Sequel to 'No Entry' ...

By Manissha Despaande, Indo-Asian News Service

imageEnthused by the phenomenal response to "No Entry" (the film has crossed the Rs.700 million mark and is on its way to becoming the year's biggest hit), producer Boney Kapoor and brother Anil Kapoor have roped in writer-director Anees Bazmi to write and direct the sequel to the film.

Bazmi has also been asked to write the sequel to the Shekhar Kapur directed "Mr India", which has been under consideration for a long time, reports Bollywood Trade.

Said a jubilant Bazmi: "Both Boney and Anil are very keen that I start work on the sequel to 'No Entry'. I too am excited but I want to first put the script together to figure out how well it can work.

"I have promised Boney to start work on it but I definitely want to be convinced about the script before I get down to putting it in shape. The two of them have expressed great confidence in me as a writer and a director and I want to see them march ahead."
