Hrithik Roshan injured shooting for 'Kites'

New Delhi, Jan 27 (IANS) Shooting for home production "Kites" has been jinxed for Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan. After hurting his knees while doing a dangerous car stunt in Las Vegas in October last, the actor hurt his arm at the Filmistan Studio in Mumbai Tuesday.

"Hrithik hurt his arm while doing a stunt shot for 'Kites' at the Filmistan studio. He was breaking a glass with a rod and one piece of glass flew and hurt him. It's a minor injury - there's nothing major," a source close to Hrithik told IANS.

Hrithik suffered many injuries after he performed some daring stunts in "Krrish" and "Dhoom 2".

He had torn the ligament in his right knee and continued working despite the pain. Towards the latter half of 2008, Hrithik underwent surgery in the US and spent nearly two months recovering but his tryst with injuries continues.

"Kites", directed by Anurag Basu, is being touted as featuring Hrithik's most sensuous role till date. He stars opposite US-based Spanish model Barbara Mori.

The film is about an Indian boy's romantic affair with a Latina girl and their predicament as they do not understand each other's language. It also stars actress Kangana Ranaut.
